Connect AppScreenshots materials to your store workflow and find the right credential guide.
Install the Chrome extension on a trusted desktop computer. Mobile Chrome does not run this desktop extension.
1. Prepare your materials
Sign in and open the publishing workspace. Create a publishing profile, select the target app and version, add listing copy, and map your screenshot projects to the appropriate languages and device sizes. Save the profile.
2. Connect your account
Open Store Sync from Chrome's extensions menu. Connect your AppScreenshots account and authorize it on the website. Return to the extension and select your publishing profile. Keep the authorization page open while retrieving materials.
The website connection and your store credentials serve different purposes: the first retrieves AppScreenshots materials; the second accesses your store.
3. Set up store access
Choose the guide matching your destination:
If a platform is missing from your extension, check for an update. A guide does not mean every previously released extension version supports that platform.
4. Check before syncing
Retrieve the latest materials, then run preflight. Review the app identity, version, languages, listing fields and screenshot replacements. A credential check alone does not prove an app is editable.
Confirm only the operation you intend. Apple draft saving and Huawei material saving do not constitute manual review submission. Google Play commit may trigger review or publishing. Follow the platform-specific confirmation.
5. Review the result
Inspect the task history and the destination console. If a task partially succeeds or its result is uncertain, inspect the remote state before retrying. Do not infer that nothing changed from an error message.
Credentials and privacy
Verified credentials are stored in the current browser extension, not synced between devices. Use a trusted device. Deleting a local credential does not revoke it at the provider; follow the relevant guide to revoke or rotate it.
For pricing, use the current plans and the entitlement shown before starting your task. AI usage and store syncing are separate operations.
