Questions about plans, billing, and credits
What is included in the Free plan?
Free includes 1 saved project for new accounts (2 for existing accounts), 1 successful AI workflow in total, free templates and watermark-free single-image exports. Batch export is included in a project Launch Pass or Pro; translation requires Pro.
What is the difference between Pro and Lifetime?
Pro includes 30 AI workflows every month on both monthly and annual billing. Lifetime includes 5 monthly. A $4.99 Launch Pass provides 7 days for one project, Pro templates, batch export and 3 extra AI workflows, without renewal.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription anytime?
Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription from Settings > Billing. Access remains available until the end of the current billing period.
Will I receive invoices and receipts?
Yes. The checkout flow and billing portal provide invoices or receipts for successful payments.
How do credits work with plans?
Credits are not included or gifted with any plan. They can only be purchased in one-time packages, never expire, and can permanently unlock premium templates.
Do you offer refunds?
For refund requests, contact support with your account email and order details. Eligibility depends on payment status and usage.
Which plan is right for me?
Free is great for trying the editor. Pro is recommended for most paying users — it unlocks unlimited projects, batch export, and batch translate. Lifetime is ideal for teams or agencies with long-term products who prefer a one-time payment.
